Paulo Candido is a Silicon Valley native with a background in design studies and advertising from San Jose State University, where he graduated in 2007. His deep commitment to the Filipino community began with his involvement in Akbayan, SJSU’s FilAm student organization, and has grown into a long-standing dedication to cultural celebration and community engagement. As the current director of the FAHM Jam, he oversees annual celebrations of Filipino American heritage that bring together arts, food, and culture. Additionally, he serves as the creative director for Moveable Co., where he supports small businesses and entrepreneurs through innovative events under San Jose Made & Moveable Feast brands along with the various vendor markets they produce throughout the Bay Area. His work blends creative vision with a passion for community, making him a dynamic leader in Silicon Valley’s cultural and entrepreneurial landscape.
