Born in Manila and raised in San José, CA, Noëlle has spent the past 20 years building an impressive career specializing in sales and marketing. But when COVID-19 hit, Noëlle decided to pivot to a new venture: TherapyBaking, LLC. This company not only supports social justice causes but has expanded into dessert catering and team-building events. 

Noëlle has also been actively involved in her community. She founded the Rubino Park Neighborhood Association in 2022, bringing her neighbors together. And she's eager to learn more about social change, which is why she joined New Leaders Council Silicon Valley's 2023 cohort.

Noëlle's passion for service is also evident in her personal life. She hopes to pass on the values of compassion and service to her two young adults. We're thrilled to have Noëlle on board with us, and we can't wait to see the impact she'll make in 2024. Welcome, Noëlle!
